Sofia Fluorescence Immunoassay Analyzer Sofia is a small desktop analyzer that uses advanced fluorescence detection and ultraviolet LED energy. Sofia offers two modes that can be used depending on your workflow requirements. In Sofia WALK AWAY mode, you add the specimen to the test tray, and afterward place it in the detection area, then you are free to go. The system will automatically display the results after the test is completed; in Sofia READ NOW mode, you add the specimen to the test tray, and wait until the reaction time is up and then put the test disk into the machine for interpretation.
